This house built in 1994/95 consists of 3 floors and a cellar and lies on a 963 m² surface. The floor heating available in the whole house and controllable individually in each room provides a cosy and healthy warmth. A solar system contributes to the heating of the pool located on the ground floor. House Südsee contains 2 bedrooms, 1 living room/bedroom on the 1st floor and a sleeping loft on the upper floor, which means: 2x1 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 other single beds. The 40 m² large cellar can be used for sport activities. Ground floor: living area, dining corner and kitchen with a surface of 35 m²; swimming pool, hall, guest WC, about 56 m². First floor: 2 bedrooms, each about 20 m² large, a living room/bedroom with a 30 m² surface; bathroom, hall about 12 m² and the extended upper floor, about 15 m². About 228 m² are available to you to relax and to rest. Intermediate cleaning of the house with bed linen change is possible upon request.

The Baltic resort Schönhagen belongs to the city Brodersby and is situated between Eckernförde and Kappeln, directly on the Baltic coast. The city contains a backery and a Spar supermarket, a shop with souvenirs and a snack. Aldi, Sky, Lidl, Dänisches Bettenlager, a pet shop,a flower market and a beverage shop are present in Kappeln, 11 km away. Go dining in Weidefeld, Karby, Kappel and Eckernförde. You will find recommendations in the folder available in our house. There are additional to the normal beach for families, 2 beaches, where dogs are allowed and 1 nude beach The sand is light and fine. Our house is situated about 500 m away from the beach and offers a panorama view over the Baltic sea. The region is ideal for cycling, walking, swimming.

Notes: House Südsee is furnished for a big family. Bed linens, towels, bath towels, tea towel, crockery, pots, cutlery are available for more than 10 people. Cleaning supplies and WC paper is available as well for the first days. Games, books and a swimming pool ensure a good common entertainment. On arrival the beds are already made for you. Our concierge comes twice a week and checks the quality of the water in the swimming pool and satisfies your wishes. On request an intermediate cleaning is possible. Please ask directly for it. We would like you to relax.

Idyllisch und ruhig gelegen, gepflegter Garten mit Ostseeblick, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr geschmack- und stilvolll eingerichtet, sehr gute Betreuung (Empfang, Schwimmbad, Endreinigung). Insgesamt: Ein sehr gutes, absolut empfehlenswertes Haus.

Sehr schönes und geflegtes Haus,alles blitzsauber,gehobene Ausstattung,es hat an nichts gefehlt.Toller Garten mit Ostseeblick,alles wie im Inserat beschrieben.Highliht des Hauses ist natürlich der Pool.Super Lage nur ein paar Minuten bis zum Strand.Reibungslose Abwicklung,sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter.Besonderes Lob an den netten Hausmeister der uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand.Wir kommen gerne wieder
