A detailed grocery bill for dinner and breakfast will be presented to you.
For the rest of your stay, you may want to choose from the menus provided, or shop for the food of your choice. If shopping for your own food, you have the option of having the cook shop, shopping with the cook, or shopping on your own. Of course, the area has a large choice of eating establishments should you choose to eat out.
There is also a butler who will mix your drinks and serve you poolside or wherever you choose to be served. The butler lives in his own quarters on the site and is there to tend to your needs. In addition, there is a security service on the grounds.
Upon departure you will be transported back to the airport for your flight home.
What is not included in the rental fee is the cost of your food, airfare, tours, local transportation, and gratuities. Should you decide to take one or several tours, there's a list of tours in our 'Welcome Booklet'.
These tours can be arranged for you through our Manager.
Available for your use are numerous games, a stereo CD/cassette/radio player, CD's, and cassettes. Or you may choose to bring your own choice of music. Cable TV is provided, and there is a 25-inch, color TV, a VCR, and DVD player in the TV room. Books, games, and puzzles are also provided.
The main floor consists of a sunken, L-shaped living/TV room, overlooked by an eight-foot bar -- for serving those rum punches, pina coladas, and other umbrella drinks.
Through the French doors in the living room you can enjoy the view of the Caribbean. Or walk out onto the pool deck and enjoy a quick refreshing swim in the beautiful fiberglass-finish swimming pool. There is a charcoal barbecue grill available if you prefer any of your meals cooked on the grill.
The main living quarters of the villa has three private bedrooms -- each with cable TV, a private bath, a ceiling fan, and an air conditioner.
Two of the bedrooms have a private balcony overlooking the Caribbean.
There is a full-size kitchen, and the dining room is only steps away. There is also a laundry room. Your housekeeper will be happy to do any laundry for you.
The Jamaica Tourist Board inspects our villa semi-annually for cleanliness and security.
Don't stay in a hotel. Instead, relax in this private atmosphere, and be pampered by our staff.
