The country house with small lake is located in the midst of a 1.6 hectar of large nature property in very calm situation, 900 m from the village. It is well isolated against heat and consists of three rooms: a living and a sleep area (28 square meter) with antike furniture and an open fire-place, a well equipped kitchen (10 square meter) with handpainted, tuscan wall tiles and a comfortable bath (WC, shower, bidet). Large glass doors give a free view over the gentle, tuscan hill landscape, a small lake (swimming possibility) and old trees. The large terrace offers the possibility for sun baths and to enjoy meals (grill possibility); fresh herbs from our herb patch supply in addition the necessary spice.

In walking distance from the house lies the village Sassofortino with its pretty, bent local centre, in a beautyfull hill situation. It has the necessary infrastructure for your daily purchase: Baker, vegetable shops, butcher, small general stores. In addition there are cafe bar and two Pizzerien and/or restaurants with nationaltypical kitchen.
