Elegant Villa Nestled Next to Cline Vineyards:
The master bedroom has a sun room, a shower detailed with glass block, an antique, king-size poster bed, and a private deck. Two bedrooms upstairs each have a queen-size bed, and share a full bath. There is a large, attached, upper-level deck and lounge chairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms is a spacious loft.
Downstairs there is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, additional kitchen, a spacious game/entertainment room with a queen-size sofa sleeper, a full bath, and a separate washer and dryer. Wine cellar has an additional full sleeper sofa. There is an Italian leather queen sleeper sofa in the separate den on main floor. The outside verandas feature patio dining furniture; the inside dining room table accommodates ten, with the breakfast bar area in the attached kitchen seating an additional two people. There is a gas propane grill and a smoker available for barbecuing.The entire home is air-conditioned and features two heaters, two washers and dryers, and three refrigerators.
Black Sterling Friesians:
There are three televisions, one of which is a big-screen TV, two TV's are on a satellite system with numerous channels.
There are three VCR's, three DVD players, and a video library. The stereo system has Bose speakers in the great room and kitchen and the outside decks.
The Black Sterling Villa is located on a working Friesian Ranch, big, black, beautiful, and majestic Friesian horses are viewed through the villas' arched windows. The exquisite horses, imported from Europe, have a private Mediterranean barn and an adjoining arena and pastures. The Friesian stable is privately owned by the villa's owner, and is not open to the public. Dressage lessons on our Friesians are available to guests. All kitchen utensils, towels, and linens, as well as a convection microwave and dishwasher, are included.

While we are not licensed for weddings or receptions, we do welcome wedding parties to stay at our villa while attending weddings in the Wine Country.
For weddings or receptions or barbecues with 15 to a maximum of 35 people, the villa is available, for an additional event fee.
Activities on-site or nearby include hiking, biking, fishing, hunting, wildlife viewing, horseback riding, golfing, tennis, shopping, swimming, water-skiing, boating, and surfing.
This is a great place to stay, and go wine tasting, shopping in Sonoma, and visit the spas in Napa or Yountville. Grocery stores are just 7 miles away. ONLY 40 minutes to San Francisco!!

There are 6 golf courses within 15 miles of the villa, and golf courses abound in Napa County, just 12 miles away!
