Seacrest North is a charming community featuring brick streets lined with palm trees, and the largest swimming pool on 30A (12,000 square feet). It's within walking distance of restaurants, shops, a pool, and the beach. Seacrest Beach North has a charming vacation feel that we love. 'Fore-getaboutit' is a very special, 3-bedroom/3.5 bath home. The kitchen is unbelievable. The bedrooms are very big (all big enough for king size beds). There are three king-size beds, two queen size sofa sleepers, and two twin beds. But the best part is the third floor -- with a built-in entertainment/wet bar area and large decks off of either side. One deck is fully covered and the other deck is partially covered with a beautiful trellis. Enjoy easy access to the nicest community swimming pool in the area. Decks off each bedroom, and two large party decks on the third floor, enable you to relax and take in the views of Seacrest Beach community, Rosemary Beach, and the Gulf of Mexico.
