This stunning 1400 square foot townhouse is located in a white glove boutique condo building on West 53rd Street in the heart of it all. It is mere steps away from all of the Broadway theaters, restaurants, Times Square, Columbus Circle/Central Park and the famed 5th Avenue/Rockefeller Center shopping district. This impeccably furnished apartment boasts its own private sidewalk entrance, a private backyard courtyard including a 6 person hot tub, a gourmet white marble kitchen with all cooking amenities, and two spacious and luxurious baths each of which has a shower and separate soaker tub. Wireless internet access and cable television are provided, along with bed linens and towels. There is a W/D conveniently located in the apartment. You will not find a better appointed property for the price in midtown. This is an excellent property - beautifully presented and decorated, as described it is gorgeous and is well equipped and very comfortable in a great building. It's a very safe neighbourhood that is quiet at night and yet it really is just a few minutes walk from Times Square/Theatre/Moma. Good local shops and cafes. The added bonus of your own entrance and a back yard with a hot tub makes this property a stand out from normal apartment rentals. Helpful doormen and an attentive but discreet owner - cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Look no further.

I had never been to New York before so was not sure if this was the right location or not. IT DEFINATELY WAS!

The apartment was everything it says it is and more, spotlessly clean, modern and in a fantastic location for everything. You can walk anywhere or grab a taxi right at the door. There was five of us staying there and there was plenty of room. The only disapointing thing was that the jacuzzi was not working, but the owner did try to have it fixed. However we still managed to squeeze in the odd moment for a nice bottle of fiz in the back garden. To have a city apartment with outside space was great, we will definately stay there again if we go back without a doubt. The customer service we received from the owner was also excellent, he is very accomodating. I would like to keep this apartment a closely guarded secret as it was so good, but the truth is I could not recomend it enough!
