Our house is located in a quiet American neighborhood, a 5 minute boat ride from the river. Along with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the house is notable for its large living room (100 qm). We would like to emphasize the large pool (South side), the 21 foot boat with 9 seats, and the private, cozy atmosphere of the house.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Garten und Boot !!!

Hallo,

wir waren jetzt schon 2 x in der Villa Sunplace, in den Jahren 2004/2006 und würden sofort wieder hingehen.

Die Lage, sowie das komplette Haus sind einfach nur genial.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant sind schnell erreichbar. Selbst mit dem Boot ist man schnell auf dem offenen Meer und man muss nicht unzählige Kanäle fahren, wie von anderen Villen.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und man kann abends gemütlich grillen.

Der Vermieter, wie auch der Verwalter vor Ort sind sehr nette Leute.
Wir haben auf jedenfall vor, noch einmal zu kommen !!!

Schoenes Haus mit perfektem Zugang zum Meer

Das Haus ist ist prima und genauso wir beschrieben. Die Lage zum River und Meer mit dem Boot ist fantastisch und es ist alles notwendige im Haus vorhanden. Die Terasse mit großem Pool ist sehr schön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig.
Vorort ist ein netter Ansprechpartner. WIr haben die Woche im Haus sehr genossen.

Wir waren vom 30.05.-05.06.2009 im Haus Sunplace und ich muss sagen wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Es war alles wie beschrieben und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Lage war perfekt! Die Ausflüge mit dem Boot war für uns und die Kinder ein echtes Erlebnis. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in das Haus Sunplace gehen, doch dann viel länger! Der Eigentümer und der Verwalter sind total freundlich.

Wir waren im November 2008 für drei Wochen hier.
Was wir vorfanden war viel mehr als wir erwartet hatten.
Das Haus, die Lage und das Boot könnte nicht besser sein.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu übertreffen.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung.
Der Vermieter als auch der Verwalter waren sehr nett und zuvorkomment. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Eins können wir sagen! Wir kommen wieder.

Im Dezember 2008 haben wir zwei Wochen Urlaub in diesem gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einem ausgezeichnetem Zustand und ist großzügig ausgelegt. Die Terrasse , der Pool und auch das Boot waren einfach genial um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu genießen. Wir können hiermit allen Interessenten mit bestem Gewissen diese Adresse weiterempfehlen.
