This 1600 square-foot Lantana Model has two-bedrooms & two-baths and is available for one month or longer rentals. It's situated in Del Webb's Sun City Grand, a 55 or older community in Surprise, Arizona -- less than one mile from the rec center, 4 golf courses, and all the major shopping centers. We also have 3 other rentals. One just like this and 2 on the golf course. All 4 homes are booked January thru April 2010. The calendar shows availability for at least 1 of the 4 rentals. It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Free High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bring your notebook). My husband and I vacationed in AZ recently and stayed in this house in Sun City Grand. The house was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of towels etc just like a good hotel and kitchen is very well equiped. We did have a problem with the golf cart battery which the owner took care of immediately.
The back yard is very private with a nice gas grill and putting green...which we actually used. The house is also located close to shopping, softball field, tennis courts and main rec facility. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would definitely rent this house again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Tourists without a Car
