This cosy and tastefully furnished house is located in a large, nice garden with pine trees, that is enclosed by a gate and bushes. A feeling of security exists because of this. A few steps outside of this security will lead you to the "Pointe du Menhir", from which the view of the wonderful bay includes the Douarenez. If you leave the top, a hiking path leads along the steep coast to the nearest beach (two beaches can be chosen from, according to the direction chosen). Also the picturesque city centre with its fish market and the shopping facilities can be reached quickly on foot.

  • For a lower number of people (2 guests), the rental price is cheaper starting with the second week by 10% during the D season: thus, the holiday guest only pays € 487. 80 instead of € 542.00 for each extra week. The final cleaning costs € 62. The visitor's tax is included in the rental price. Electricity: 8 kW/h per day are included. Bedsheets, towels, kitchen towels are free of charge and provided independent of the number of guests. Washing, dishwasher and cleaning items are included in the rental price. The deposit for the periods A and B amounts to 25% of the rent. For the periods of C and D, the guest only has to pay 15%. No security deposit is required.

Wir können uns den drei vorhandenen Bewertungen in jedem Punkt nur anschliesen. Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig angelegt und hinsichtlich der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Insbesondere das grosszügig angelgte Badezimmer im ersten Stock sowie das sehr gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit Blick in den Garten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gut. Der Vermieter, wie auch schon in anderen Bewertungen bemerkt, ist ein sehr netter und angenehmer Ansprechpartner. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und können es auch guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen in diesem sehr gepflegtem Haus verbracht. Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind alle zutreffend. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, der große Garten liebevoll gepflegt und man kann bequem zu Fuß Crozon erreichen. Hier gibt es alles, was man an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten so braucht, einen kleinen Markt, ein gutsortiertes Fischgeschäft, Supermarkt etc. und ein kleines aber sehr gutes Restaurant.
Es gibt schöne Buchten, die man über schöne Wanderwege erreicht, den Blick auf das meer und Morgat mit seinem Hafen hat man unmittelbar.
Zum Abschluß möchten wir uns bei dem Vermieter bedanken, sowohl für das Willkommensgeschenk aber auch für die gute Betreuung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le Menhir garantiert einen entspannten, erholsamen Urlaub. Ein Haus, wie man es sich nur wünschen kann. Wir waren mehrfach hier und werden - wenn uns möglich - sicher wiederkommen. Die schöne, ruhige Lage, der tolle Garten, die sehr gute Ausstattung, der gepflegte Zustand - einfach toll. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut deutsch und kümmert sich wirklich liebevoll um alles. Die Umgebung ist phantastisch. Viele Buchten und Strände wollen entdeckt werden.
