Seascape is a great place for your vacation. It has 5 pools, 10 tennis courts, golf, and lots of meandering roads for walking. We are within a 5 minute walk to the beach or you can park on Seascape's property right across the street from the beach. We are especially oriented to families. Complete remodeling of the condo has just been finished. There are 2 king size beds and twin beds plus a sofa sleeper. Amenities include three TVs, two VCR/DVDs, one VCR, a stereo/CD player, an answering machine, a washer/dryer, a carport, and a complete kitchen (spices included). All linens, including beach towels, are furnished. Although our unit is in the midst of a busy 230-acre resort we are located on a cul-de-sac; you won't be bothered by noisy traffic and it's much safer for children. Our enclosed courtyard is a perfect place to unwind after a busy day at the beach. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, with over 100 stores, is less than a mile from Seascape's entrance.

  • Each bedroom has black-out blinds. All mattresses have been purchased in the last three years. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have TVs. The closets are quite large. The living room has a sofa sleeper which gives the condo the ability to sleep 8 (if the 2 on the sofa bed are early risers!)

Notes: There is one short step at the entry. Since one of our bedrooms is downstairs and there is a downstairs bathroom the condo is suitable for the elderly although there is no wheelchair ramp.

Tennis courts are located at the entrance to our street and one of the 5 pools is very near our condo. All of Seascape's condos are across the street from the Gulf but the resort does have its own beach area -- complete with the Whale's Tail Restaurant. If you walk to the beach, or park in Seascape's parking lot, you can access the beach by an elevated walkway without having to worry about the beach road traffic. Once you view the sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of this particular part of the Gulf of Mexico, you'll fall in love with Seascape and Destin. It's a combination that you won't find elsewhere in Florida. In addition to simply enjoying the beauty of this area, in the summer you can jet ski, parasail, scuba, snorkel, surf, and even play volleyball. Destin's fishing opportunities are second to none, with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the huge bay on the other side.

And if you are a shopper, check out the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores. It's less than a mile from Seascape's entrance. This is a shopper's 'dream come true'. Destin has a water park, miniature golf, and go-carts. These are just a few of the things that children of all ages might enjoy. There is also a bike rental area near Seascape's tennis courts. Tennis clinics are available for the children in the summer. Although Seascape has over 1000 condos, ours is located on the second street up from the beach road. From here, you can easily walk to the beach, whereas if you stayed at most other Seascape condo locations, you would need to drive. If you stay with us, we think you'll agree that we have one of the best locations at Seascape. And, in addition to our location, the rental of our three-bedroom condo is comparable to the rentals of many two-bedroom condos in the area. Think how much you'll enjoy the extra space!

We have rented through the Burrow's for the last six years and have ALWAYS had great a experience. You could not ask for two nicer people to rent from!

The condo is always wonderful: clean and comfortable. We always go with another couple which means there are usually at least four adults and four children and we are never crowded. It is SO nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit also. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay! And I must say, I always look forward to the trip because the beds are soft and comfortable. I don't have sleepless nights due to uncomfortable beds! If you are looking for two great rentors and a great place in Destin, don't look anymore! The Burrow's are great people and they have a great condo!

Seascape condo is wonderful! Wonderully maintained, close to shopping, dining, fun things to do. Some are within walking distance. Destin truely is America's most beautiful beach and this condo is only 3 minutes away. Silver Sands Outlet Mall, large grocery store, bumper cars, goofy golf all within minutes.
Fully stocked kitchen, charming decor, comfy beds, adorable kids' room, beautiful patio, beach toys, umbrella and beach bags provided.
Lee Ann is so sweet to work with and has thought of everything to provide a lovely place to stay at affordable rates. Great directions how to get there and what to do once you arrive.
This is our second visit. We will refer this lovely great place to our family and friends and hope to return again and again.

My family (3 adults, 2 children) had a great time at this Seascape condo. The owners provide everything you could wish for when staying away from home. They provide great directions and a ist of local activites. We were a very short walk to the beach and the children really enjoyed the toys provided. the community pool and tennis courts were also within walking distance. The condo is decorated beautifully with comfortable beds and lots of private space. we loved the patio, great flowers and private. Thank you for a great vacation.

Paradise We Love This Place

This was our best vacation ever. The condo was perfect. We went on spring break and after seeing the other condos with all of the teenagers we were thinking we were going to be with a lot of college kids at our condo too. We turned in Seascape and were so happy to see we had picked a great location. The condo was in the cul de sac with no noisy spring breakers. We were very pleased with the condo. There were 7 of us and everyone was very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. Full kitchen stocked with everything, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, grill and patio, chairs, toys, umbrellas, and towels for the beach. I liked how we could avoid the traffic thru the back entrance. The mall was very close which my daughter liked. The weather was wonderful. We did not want to leave. We will definetly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone thinking about going to Destin. We feel very fortunate that we found LeeAnn's condo.

We stayed eight wonderful days at the Burrows condo and loved every minute. We includes myself, husband, 22 year old son and two grandchildren, age 7 and 9. The condo was more than I expected it to be. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We played at the beach, swam in the resorts pool and enjoyed talks with several of the permanent residents. Everyone was so nice. There is nothing I would change about this vacation rental. It was GREAT. We will be back....
