Brand New Mountain Rancher home with everything you need for a Great Pocono Vacation. Three bedrooms and two full baths make this a comfortable retreat for families, couples and friends. Everyone will find something to enjoy whether it is relaxing at home or adventuring out to enjoy both Summer and Winter activities. Within walking distance (15-20 minute) there is swimming, fishing, boating, hiking, tennis, basketball and game room. With a short drive, you can reach Big Boulder & Jack Frost Ski resort, The Pocono Raceway, White-water Rafting, Mountain Biking, Paintball and Hickory State Park. The spacious Great Room has plenty of seating for everyone to gather after long days away or lazy days of relaxing at home. This room has a beautiful Stone Fireplace with easy to use gas logs, a vaulted ceiling with windows reaching the peak and a 27' TV. There are two sets of sliders leading to a large deck perfect for outdoor activities. Enjoy the Private Hot Tub on the rear deck.

This house is perfect for a vacation getaway. Everything is new, high quality, and very clean. The great room was the perfect setting for our family to watch the snow as we hung out. Deer came right up to the porch, which was a real treat for our kids. It is a kid-friendly house and has video games in a separate sun porch, along with 2 sets of bunk beds in one room. I don't the pictures do this house justice and we'll definitely rent again!

This property is located in the heart of the Pocono Mountians. It is close to fishing, golfing, water parks,skiing, and yes even shopping.
There are numerous activities in the gated community, but to be honest, the home was so spacious, and the area so quiet, with an abundance of deer, turkeys we spent most of our time among family and friends right at this beautiful home. The rooms are spacious,the open floor plan of the living room dining room and kitchen make it ideal for socializing.
and' the hot tub is the icing on the cake. This home is very clean. I am originally from NE Pa, and this home will be my first choice on return visits. We truly loved our weeks stay
and finally somehting that is very important to me, I must say the owner was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival, and the home was everything he said it would be and more.
