New Gorgeous Home with 20'X34' screen enclosed lanai with outdoor shower and 12X24 free form heated pool and spa. There is also a covered 10x19 patio for outdoor dining and grilling next to the pool. The property fronts on one of Sea Oaks ponds and is next to the Inter Coastal Waterway. A larger shared neighborhood pool and recreational area is less than a 2 minute walk down the lane. Membership in the 16 clay court tennis and the beach club is available for $425/month. This property because of Sea Oaks regulations is only available for a minimum of a 30 day rental. Sea Oaks is a gated, 125 acre, private beach side community on the outer island of Vero Beach. Lush landscape extends from Sea Oaks' half-mile of private beach to the Indian River and Intracoastal Waterway.
