Casa Levante is a quiet holiday villa in an idyllic location, in a tropical garden with a large pool. A tastefully decorated and child-friendly house expects the guests, with 3 double bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms, nursery with bunk beds and furniture for children; cosy living room with TV and DVD and German and English channels; a corner for reading and a small library; games and books for children of any age; ample dining room; very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher (renewed in 2008), microwave, waffle grill, electric fryer, juicer, pressure cooker etc., and a romantic roof terrace with view over the sea and palm gardens; in the evenings you can have a barbecue next to the patio and complete the day at the 2x1,50 m marble table in the shadow of a carob. You can have breakfast on the downstairs terrace all year.

Wir (4 Erwachsene, 4 kleine Kinder) haben im Casa Levante einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck, die Zimmer (insb. das obere Schlafzimmer mit Dachterasse) sind ausreichend groß.
Kleinere Mängel (fehlende, weil defekte Spülmaschine bei Anreise) wurden prompt behoben. Das Büro der Hausverwaltung war gut erreichbar, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und sehr bemüht.
Leider gab es in der Nachsaison (Ende September) einen vom Nachbargrundstück herrührenden, nicht unerheblichen Baulärm, der den Erholungseffekt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigte. Außerdem wurde uns vom freundlichen Vermieter deshalb ein gewisser Teil des Mietpreises erstattet.
Der schöne Pool ist nicht umzäunt und an der flachsten Stelle ca. 1 - 1,20 m tief, so dass wir die Kinder auch beim Spielen im Garten keine Sekunde aus den Augen lassen durften.
Alternativ gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe einige Strände, die man schon als traumhaft bezeichnen kann. Einer davon ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
