Location: Laguna Beach in USA

Great location with walking and trolley distance to tons of restaurants, art galleries, Main Beach as well as the Famous Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival ( Summer months only, check for dates) The Free (Summer Months) trolley in less than a 30 second walk and it comes every 15 minutes! Walk another minute and you're at the beach!! The house is located in the Village areas of Laguna Beach off of Mountain Avenue ( For those of you who know the area!) The location is ideal, with all you need close by. There are over 30 casual to upscale restaurants, boutiques and art galleries within a five minute stroll. Historic San Juan Capistrano is four miles East. Catalina Island is a 1-hour ferry ride from our harbor. Newport Beach and the famous fashion Island is 15 minutes North.
