This ground level house is located on an offshore cliff right on the Atlantic. You'll have a fantastic view of the sunset from the large, covered terrace. The house is furnished with light wooden furniture. The friendly, well-furnished kitchen-cum-living-room creates a very pleasant atmosphere for a self-sufficient holiday.

We have just returned from a very relaxing week in La Palma. We left for our holiday with an open mine as this is the first time we have booked an independant holiday normally, relying on the highstreet travel agent. On our arrival we were not disappointed - the description and pictures on the website gave a very accurate account. The location of the property was excellant, very quite among the local people. The house was very well maintained and clean. We liked the glass doors on half the terrace allowing us to shelter from the heat during the day and the sea breeze at night.
We were met at the airport by a friendly face who showed us to our car and before ensuring we were happy with maps on how to find the property and contact numbers if needed anything during the week we set off across the island. Clear instructions made sure we got to the house without getting lost.
There were three excellant resturants within walking distant, giving lovely views right by the sea so we could watch the sun set.
I really would have no problem recommending this property to anyone that wants to relax and recharge their batteries or if you really wanted to the island has some lovely walks for those wanting a more active holiday. We really do intend to go back very soon.

Wir haben im März 2009 hier eine Woche verbracht, um die Insel zu erkunden.
Das Haus liegt direkt auf einer Klippe- es ist wunderschön, auf der Terrasse zu essen und den Blick zu genießen.
Man wohnt sehr ruhig im Erdgeschoss des Hauses.
El Remo selbst liegt abseits der Hauptwege, das muss man einkalkulieren, wenn man Inselrundfahrten und z.B. Wanderungen im Ostteil der Insel plant.
In der Wohnung selbst ist soweit alles vorhanden, die Beschreibung des Angebotes ist sehr genau.
Zum Sitzen abends (bei uns war das Wetter leider sehr durchwachsen) war die Wohnung recht ungemütlich: alles in weiß gehalten, starker Nachhall, recht kühl- alles in Allem etwas steril anmutend. Dafür allerdings sehr sauber.
Fazit: wenn man gutes Wetter hat und viel draußen sitzen oder unternehmen kann, ist dies ein toller Ort zum Auspannen.
