The large property Rosavita di Montevas covers a thousand hectares of land. Here, the rural tradition of the Florence nobility is continued and real hospitality is provided. The spacious complex offers a maximum of 20 guests a relaxing stay in a characteristic ambiance. The villa has spacious facilities and the apartment in the guest house are furnished in a typical Tuscan classic style. All guests can use the pool and the spacious property, where you can also have breakfast outside, grill or enjoy a glass of wine during the evening. This location is ideal for nature lovers: during the evening you can watch the wild browsing under the windows... The manager is available to his guests at all times. On request, we can also cook for you, you can celebrate a family party or a wedding or simply unwind with families or friends on a peaceful location......

You will have the option to also house larger groups, in the villa and the guest houses, for an unforgettable holiday. The villa and the Centro Aziendale is located in view of the driveway, the pool is also in this area. On the ground floor of the villa you will find a large living room, large dining tables and a kitchen where you can cook for up to 20 people. The structure of the property allows you to organize meals for the entire group outdoors or in the villa. Around the pool between the villa and Centro Aziendale you will find green areas. All guests can use the grill outside. An ideal location for an anniversary, a wedding, a family party or a holiday with a large group.

Rosavita di Montevaso is surrounded by forest and hills on a hill between Chianni and Castellina Marittima. The property has forest, pastures, a lake, 15 km of streets without concrete and countless paths, and is mostly enclosed in order to protect the wild animal living there. This is a location for nature lovers, ideal for relaxing and at the same time combining with the Tirrenian coast.

Better than we could ever have hoped for!

We stayed in the Villa and Centro Aziendale as a group of nineteen 22-26 year olds in July and found the property to be exactly to our requirements. The owner was very friendly and helpful with any queries we had. The villa was very grand inside and all of the rooms were clean with high quality furnishings and decorations. A nice bonus was having an ensuite for every bedroom and there was easily enough room for everyone to sit and eat or talk downstairs.
The main feature of the property though is the outdoor space, which was perfect. There was plenty enough space and furniture for all of us to sit out on an evening with a meal on the terrace overlooking the valley below. The pool was of a decent size (maybe 12m x 6m) and had underwater lighting to enable us to use it in the evening.
It was about a 15 minute drive to Chianni but you'd have to go a bit further to get to a decent sized supermarket. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you had a car as the location is definitely rural, although the towns of Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Lucca, Florence and Pisa are all within easy reach.
All in all it was everything we wanted and more, and our only regret was that we had to leave at the end.
