The new, detached holiday home is 80 m2 in size and is situated on a 300 m2 property. There is a comfortable and cozy living / dining room with a complete kitchen on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. The park with its fishing lake is located at the edge of the village and has a small pool and a playground.

In diesem Ferienhaus fehlt es einem an nichts. Gemütlich, geschmackvoll eingerichtet kann man sich wie zu Hause fühlen.Die Realität übertrafen die Angaben im Online-Inserat.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Telefon) vor und auch nach der Reise waren immer sehr aufschlußreich und Informativ. Man fühlte sich von Anfang an verbunden, als ob man sich schon lange kennt. Das Domizil kann man getrost und wärmsten weiterempfehlen. Auch für beweglich Eingschränkte ist dieses Haus durchaus geeignet. Freizeitmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es in zahlreicher Form. Mobilität hierfür ist natürlich unabdingbar. Ein weiterer Urlaub dort wäre unsererseits nicht ausgeschlossen.

Wir, die Mülheimer, können nur Gutes über die schöne kleine Villa sagen. Wir waren in den letzten Osterferien dort und hatten trotz nicht ganz so gutem Wetter eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche mit unserer Familie. In diesem Haus fehlt es an nichts.Bei Regen legt man einfach einen Saunatag ein.Und schon ist der Tag gerettet. Sollte das eine oder andere Teil mal schmutzig oder nass geworden sein, keine Sorge, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für die bequeme "Hausfrau": ES GIBT EINE SPÜLMASCHINE!!!!! Also alles in allem, Urlaub pur. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Ferienzeit in der Villa Holland

Ein sauberes,gepflegtes,gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in Nordholland. Wo wir seit vielen Jahren unsern Sommerurlaub mit
viel Freude verbringen. das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Betten sind sehr bequem , optimale Haushalseinrichtung ermöglicht schnelle Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten.
Waschmaschine und Trockener, Sauna und Solarium ergänzen die Einrichtung des Hauses. Schöne Terrasse lädt zum lesen sonnen und ausruhen ein. Die Stadt Schagen bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir sind sehr Dankbar für die schönste Zeit des Jahres, wo wir in Ruhe den Alltag der Großstadt vergessen können und neue Kräfte fürs ganze Jahr schöpfen.
Wir werden uns bestimmt für die nächsten Jahre immer wieder für das Haus entscheiden.
Wir können mit gutem Gewissen das Haus weiter Empfehlen.
