The property extends from the Pacific Coast Highway number 101 to the ocean shore. It's a master, planned community where the homes have spacious front porches and garages are conveniently tucked behind. The walkways are lined with coastal pines, luscious rhododendrons, wax myrtle, and shasta daisies, and allow for informal meetings of residents and their neighbors as they stroll to the beach. There are 80 single-family homes and 12 townhouses in the neighborhood, with a few reserved for vacation rentals. Wherever you stay at Bella Beach you'll be only a short walk from a stunning stretch of the central Oregon coast. That's the reason people come here - seven miles of pristine sandy beach. Golf: In a time of turmoil of nations, changing of values, demise of the family, it was extremely nice to come to a patriotic, family oriented home. The spouting horn was at its best. The arch rock bluffs were extra nice. GOD'S nature is both humiliating and exhilarating.
