• All rates are subject to 12% Florida tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, $100
  application fee (non-refundable, money goes directly to Lighthouse
  Towers), a refundable $200 security. A minimum of 10 days
  prior notice for rentals.
  
  Please note: Lighthouse Towers is a two (2) week minimum property.
  If you wish to stay just 7 days, the rates will be as follows:
  
  May 1 - December 13 : $995 per 7 days
  December 13 - April 30 : $ 1400 per 7 days
