Die Beschreibung entsprach den Angaben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt.
Schade war, dass der Pool von 14-16 Uhr geschlossen wurde. Wir wären dann gern mal reingesprungen.
Aufgrund der Hochsaison war es Abends immer recht laut wenn die Bars sich mit Musik übertrumpfen wollten. Aber um 24 Uhr war Ruhe!
Wir waren sehr froh, dass in den Zimmern Ventilatoren waren, nur so konnten wir bei 25 Grad Nachttemperatur so einigermaßen schlafen. Allerdings könnte das Badezimmer mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen!!!!!
Parkmöglichkeit hatten wir in der Nähe vom Restaurant Hacienda (sehr zu empfehlen), was nur so 5 Minuten entfernt liegt - kein Problem also. Unsere Teenies hatten Spaß in der Disko Paladium (direkt gegenüber) Achtung wegen dem Schlüssel, die untere Tür wurde Nachts geschlossen! Es wäre daher sehr empfehlenswert einen zweiten Schlüssel zu bekommen!!!!!
Die Formalitäten wurden reibungslos und sehr freundlich abgewickelt.
Wir können diese Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, die Einrichtung etwas veraltet. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im ersten Stock eines Hochhauses. Der Blick aufs Meer ist vom vormittags sonnigen Balkon aus möglich, allerdings durch den Nachbarbalkon etwas eingeschränkt.
Die Anlage des Hauses ist sehr schön, mit Swimmingpool und direktem Strandzugang durch das zur Anlage gehörende Nachbarhaus.

Paguera-immer wieder schön

Ausstattung und Lage entsprach den Angaben im Inserat. Wurden von vielen Spaziergängern auf der Promenade für die Aussicht und direkte Strandlage beneidet.

Wohnung könnte etwas gepflegter und aufgeräumter sein. Haben viele Reste von Sonnenschutzmitteln, Hygieneartikeln usw. vorgefunden.

Betreuung durch Vermieter und Zahlungsabwicklung völlig problemlos.

Können das Appartment trotz der oben gemachten Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.
