This bright and airy, one-bedroom/one-bath, oceanview condo is fully furnished, and has everything you'll need for a great vacation. This fifth-floor unit features a balcony with a table and chairs -- which is a great place to relax while enjoying the ocean view. This condo is fully furnished, and includes a separate bedroom and a living room/kitchen combo. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa bed. There is a remote control TV in the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, and all utensils and towels. This condo adjoins an oceanfront park with covered table, cook-out facilities, and a children's splash park with a play area. The cleaning fee is included in the rate. This is a Non-smoking unit; and pets are Not allowed. Book early, as this unit rents fast.

Great unit and pleasant owner...

Thanks for all your help and great place. We had a wonderful time. The location was convenient, so we walked most of the time. We stayed in and prepared a few meals since the unit was stocked with everything we needed. Dining on the balcony was relaxing and romantic. Your unit is not only clean but decorated nice. We look forward to coming back!
