Katt's Kottage is a quaint beach side cottage that's ideal for a vacation retreat. This one-bedroom/one-bath cottage is clean, safe, private, and fully air-conditioned. Newly refurbished. The outside deck is a perfect spot for sunning or for quietly reading a book or surfing the internet. We are on North Bimini close to the heart of everything! It's just a two-minute walk to the authentic Bahamian arts and crafts market for a gift for that special friend whom you wish were here. Or, you might choose to enjoy a freshly made conch salad at Fabien's or a seafood pizza fron Edith's. For a more formal atmosphere the Beach Club on South Bimini is the place for fine dining and sushi. Dance the night away at Big John's and be comfortable knowing that home is just a short walk away. We can even reserve a golf cart for you so you can tour our entire island! Katt's Kottage is the best value for a weekend jaunt or a long-term stay. About Bimini: Bimini is located approximately 50 nautical miles east of Miami, Florida. It is the first island in the archaepeligo chain of 700 islands and cays that comprise the Bahama islands and is referred to as the 'Gateway to the Bahamas.' It is divided into North and South Bimini with North Bimini being the main area of commercial activity and most populated. Bimini is most famous for its gin clear, turquoise waters, world record fishing and diving sites which include the Lost City of Atlantis and amazing deep wall drops. The atmosphere is laid back and casual. There are a number of small resorts, bars and restaurants frequented by the weekend boaters visiting from Florida. There is a 5000 foot landing strip on South Bimini with air service to South Florida, Nassau and Grand Bahamas. While here be sure to visit the Museum, the newly rebuilt Straw Market, take an eco trip to the bonefish flats, a wild dolphin swim or attend an English tea party held the last Saturday of each month.

Cancelation Policy: CANCELLATIONS: Full refund of deposit (less $50 processing fee) if made 15 days prior to occupancy. Cancellations less than 15 days of occupancy 50% of refund forfeited and 50% held for future booking. Future booking must be within one (1) year of original occupancy date. NO REFUND is made for cancelations received within 48 hours of occupancy. (Consideration may be given in the event of a pending hurricane). Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

Katt's Kottage was all we could have asked for and more. From the huge hug we received from Katt when she welcomed us at the dock to the beautiful view of the ocean off the patio to the benefit of a kitchen on a small island where food and beverage can get quite costly, this cottage is definitely a home away from home. Katt has thought of all the details and leaves nothing out. If you are looking for the best accommodations on Bimini, Katt's Kottage is the way to go.

The beach was excellent!! Chairs, cushions and umbrella were all provided . It almost felt like a private beach-We were the only ones out there most of the time. There was always plenty to do, watching boats, pelicans or beachcombing and all just a few steps away from our porch. The cottage was clean and had everything you would need. If anything was missing Matt and Katt were right there with it asap. We felt right at home.
Being in the Bahamas, supplies were expensive but we found the sun and beach time well worth it.

What a WONDERFUL place!!!!

Our recent trip to bimini was spectacular due in a large part to our lovely stay at Katt’s Kottage. The house was exactly as advertised…Clean, kozy and close to everything. The ocean is a stones throw away and the hospitality is unequaled. Katt and Matt met us at the dock, took the time to show us around the island and were happy to recommend restaurants (which were great), tours and activities. The house itself has all the comforts of home including A/C, Cable tv, movies, DVD/VHS player, Stereo, games/toys, beach chairs, etc… But truly what made the stay exceptional was attention to detail and the at home feeling that Katt and Matt have created. Katt’s Kottage is made for relaxing and that’s just what you’ll do! Not only do we recommend the place, but we will definitely be back soon!

Our family just recently returned from a wonderful vacation in Bimini staying in Katt's Kottage. The cottage was perfect for our family of four (2 boys - 5 and 3). The boys loved how close we were from the beach. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend the cottage and can't wait to return for another great vacation. Thanks to Katherine & Mike for their hospitality.
