The Durango is located within minutes of Ft. Lauderdale's famous beaches, shopping, art district -- and of course, its finest restaurants. Since it's not in the heavy tourist areas -- but rather a beautiful neighborhood located on one of Ft. Lauderdale's famous isles, this tropically landscaped home is perfect for quiet family or business getaways. This four-bedroom/four-bath home offers 3,700 square feet of living space, and is child-friendly. There are two master suites, and open and light-filled living spaces. Outside you'll find a large deck with a barbecue grill. And you'll find a patio, and a dock that's ideal for entertaining or just relaxing in a lounge chair while watching the yachts go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. On warm summer night or cool winter evenings, you'll enjoy the custom-designed swimming pool (heated, if you so desire!) with its attached hot tub. With the yard's expansive southern exposure, you can watch the sun from sunrise to sunset.
