It has its own access to the garden, a double room with kitchen niche, as well as a shower with toilet. You can have breakfast in the morning in the garden, or barbecue and relax there during the evening.

good place to have a rest

A very nice place, well connected to the city center (15 min to the metro and 15 min by metro) at the moderate price. Excellent place to have a rest after walking in the center of Praha. We appreciated especially a good breakfast served in the beautiful garden. Thank you once again for your warm welcome!

Wir kommen wieder

Wir waren bereits zweimal dort (August 2007 und Juni 2008) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und abwechslungsreich. Ausstattung und Möblierung waren ausreichend; die meiste Zeit waren wir in der Stadt. Nach langen Besichtigungstouren konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse und im Garten entspannen.
Das Zentrum ist mit Bus und Metro gut zu erreichen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten an den Metrostationen.

Sehr enttäuschend

Unser Eindruck von der Wohnung am Internet deckte sich leider nicht mit der Realität. Die Matratze des Bettes war erbärmlich schlecht, man spürte die Metallspiralen hindurch. Die Wohnung war übermöbiliert, es blieb kaum Platz sich zu bewegen. Ausserdem war in der Wohnung ein unangenehmer Geruch, wahrscheinlich der Teppich. Ausserdem war die Anfahrt ins Zentrum eher lange, zuerst einen absolut vollgestopften Bus in einen Vorort, dann die Metro. Die Umbegung war nichts Besonderes: unansehnliche Wohnblocks in der Nähe und ein bisschen Natur voller Hundehäufchen.
Unsere Bewertung: Nicht empfehlenswert.
Owner's Response: Danke für die Bewertung, trotzdem ich die ganz nicht objektiv finde. Vielleicht hatten die Gäste in Prag Probleme, die ich nicht kenne (sie waren bei uns ganz kurz - 1 Tag und 2 Nächte). Prag ist eine grosse Stadt, wo Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel voll sind, wo Zentrumsverbindung - 4 Bushaltestellen + 15 min. mit der U-Bahn (insgesammt 20 min.) - optimal ist. Der Wohnraum ist kein grosses Apartma, wo man tanzen kann (22 qm), aber auch kein kleines Zimmer im einfachen Hotel. Ein breites Doppelbett, ein Schrank, ein Tisch mit 2 Stüllen, 2 TV-Sessel, eine kleine Kochnische. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch eine grosse Terasse mit Gartenmöbel und Rasen. Naturschutzgebiet ist von uns ca. 1 km entfent, aber wegen Natur fart man in eine Grosstadt vielleicht nicht... Vergleichen Sie bitte mit der vorherigen Bewertung und kommen Sie sich selbst überzeugen. (Keine Angst von den alten Matratzen, gleich danach haben wir neue gekauft!)

Ein schöner Platz für die anders Reisenden

Sehr nette Vermieter (wir bedanken uns noch mal bei ihnen!), gepflegte saubere Wohnung, schöner Garten. Ein relativ ruhiger, weit vom Zentrum entfernter Ort - für die, die Auto haben oder U-Bahn gerne fahren, kein Problem. Die Umgebung nicht ganz schön, man kann aber auch schöne Ecken finden (z.B. Aussicht von einem hohen Felsen in der Nähe). Es gibt eine Möglichkeit, selber was zu kochen. Zum Frühstück aber (wenn man bestellt hat) bekommt man immer das Gleiche - kleine Kritik :) Auf jeden Fall - preiswert und nett.
