This 3rd floor getaway, with an inland waterway view, will set your mind at ease with a trip to remember. This is a private non-smoking unit complete with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, and kitchen, wet bar and private lanai. Each bedroom is equipped with its own personal bath. The kitchen is up to date with all appliances, cooking and serving utensils.

Quiet South End of Island, Across the Street From the Gulf. The building faces the inland waterway, directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, there is a 36 slip harbor, and a large marina next door where rental boats are available. The private pool with security code provided has two spas. There is a public golf course right next door. You can walk to restaurants and a drug store. A trip to town is reasonable with a 25 cent ticket on the trolley. The new international airport is only 30 minutes away with taxi and limo service available. See you at the Beach!

The building was very quite an peaceful. No loud music or partying kids. Nice to have a full kitchen and dining room. Was able to save money by not having to go out to eat every meal. Very convenient to the beach. Only about a 3 block walk. Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. Decor could use to be updated but a very good value for the price.
Would stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children

This condo was very roomey and allowed for a very relaxing time for two 50+ couples. The ONLY reason I could not rate this unit as a 5+ is due to its location to the beach. We tried to walk from the unit and was not able to reach the gulf due to the barrier island. NOW the pool was just great and the hot tubs really felt good on the old bones. Words can not explain how clean and neat our unit was as well as the grounds in this complex. One can tell this is not a new condo but you can tell it has been well maintained. Would I go back? YES! I have told several people about this unit and have recommended it highly to anyone looking at going to Ft Myers Beach, FL. Several restaurants are within walking distance which made it very nice for an evening stroll.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
