THIS MOBILE HOME RENTAL is about a 5 minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico and beaches. Shopping, Restaurants nearby. It features: eat in kitchen, refrigerator, ice maker, a conventional oven, a microwave, a cozy living room with a rocker and stretch recliner, sleeper sofa, cable TV, DVD player. Spare bedroom with a full size bed, ceiling fan and cable t.v. Master bedroom queen size bed with cable t.v., ceiling fan, telephone. The bathroom has a tub with shower. Central heat and air conditioning can be personally set at your comfort level. Brand new washer/dryer. Mobile home has a screened in Florida room for you to relax and feel the tropical breezes blow throughout the screened room. Covered back porch with gas grill. RETIREES haven. Books quickly in Jan. This rental was very comfortable and I would highly recommend it for any vacationer. Sharon provides everything at the rental anyone could possibly need from sunscreen to beachchairs and umbrellas.It was great to just pack our bags and go!The property was clean and well maintained. Sharon was a wonderful hostess and very informative about attractions in the area.Great spot in central location. Only 15 minutes to the beach!

We stopped in this place in April 2009 and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is in a great location close to the beaches and is really comfortable. The hosts Todd and Sharon were both great.

We would recommend it to anyone.

Quiet, Easy Travel to Everything, Value Rental

This mobile home is PERFECT for a St. Petersburg vacation spot. Close to everything. We went to the beach almost every single day and our drive time was about 15 minutes (we went down close to the big pink hotel...farther down). You have all manner of shopping a minute away. Every morning we went for a run at Seminole Park - only 5 minutes away. Easy to get on 275 to head to Tampa or Orlando. Close to Pinellas traile. Publix supermarket walking distance. This place has everything we needed. Good laundry room...a real plus if you go beaching daily. Owners even set up a palm Christmas tree with lights for us! (Thanks Todd and Sharon!). Quiet neighborhood...you'll be happy about that. My wife, daughter and I are going back...that's probably the best you can say about a rental. I loved the back patio with the grill. Good cigar smoking spot in the late afternoon sun! Good long hose...you can wash your car. Interestingly, the place is loaded with all the little things you would need to buy at Walmart...already there...soaps, cleaning products, toiletries, etc. Seems as though the place just collects these items from renters and it is a valuable hidden extra. TONS of towels. Bottom line? We could live here and be happy ever after. We wanted to have a "value" vacation...didn't need to be "on the beach" - this was just great. Bring your GPS...it will help you get around sidestreets quickly. If you want, Todd and Sharon can give you our number and you can call us to talk if you want a more personal introduction to this nice little place. We really liked it. Our party was 3, next year it might be 4.

Tropical Mobile Home Rental in St. Petersburg

The description of the rental was accurate. I have never stayed in a rental that was so well furnished. We enjoyed Sunken Gardens, dolphin boat ride, botanical gardens and heritage village. Many of the parks, like Seminole Park, are free.

My Home-Away From Home

All the comforts of home in this well-kept ultra clean 2 bedroom mobile home with room to spare. Much cozier and private than staying at a hotel, often for a lot less! Has all the amenities, cable TV, nice cool air and comfy furniture. Save lots of money while cooking in the full kitchen! All you need is your clothing and groceries. They have it all covered from the hairdryer, iron and towels to even the outdoor grill and washer & dryer. Close to all the stores and beach. Park is very quiet. You'll sleep like a baby. I am a business traveler who appreciates the comforts of home and have stayed there several times. Give it a try next time. Todd and Sharon are wonderful hosts!
