  • The price is for an occupation of 2 people / week, each further person $ 75 / week additionally. The rental prices for all children up to 12 years will be $ 65.-- per week. Extra charge for Christmas season 15.12.-15.1. and before / after one week of Easter: add 10 %. 30 % deposit required to hold reservation. Full rate payable 4 weeks before arrival. Refundable security deposit of $ 450 required. No pets allowed! Additional cost will be 6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax, phone (for long distance) and $ 120.00 for final cleaning.
