This is a new 4-bedroom/2-bathroom luxurious villa with a private heated swimming pool and a spa in an upscale gated community. It sleeps 8 - 10 people. It is 15 minute drive to main gate Disney World, 25 minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World, 2 miles from the new Champions Gate Golf Course (a 36 hole championship course), 2 miles from a large supermarket (Publix), 10 minutes from 24 hour open Super Walmart, 35 minutes from airport.

This home is very nice. It is very cozy and very beautiful. I would definately love to stay in this house again. The pool and spa is very nice and the beds are very comfortable.

This was a great place for us to rent. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the home had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. It's very close to Disney, Sea World & golf. We would definately rent again.

was amazing. It was a very short drive
to Disney and still a short drive to
Sea World and Discovery Cove. We would

We spent 10 days over Christmas and New Year's at this house, and had a fabulous time. The location is conveniently located close to Disney world, and our kids loved swimming in the pool every afternoon. There were 6 of us - 4 adults and 2 children, and the house was large enough for everyone. Would definitely stay here again!

"This was a great house which could of accomodated more than the 3 adults and 3 kids in our group. The kids LOVED the disney room and the master suite was beautiful. Its location is perfect to be close to Disney but not immersed in it. Necessary stores and restaurants were close and directions were perfect to the tee. Made for a great vacation at an affordable price for the holidays!"
