This 2005 built, three-bedroom/two-bath villa is situated in a quiet road in the peaceful Rotonda community. It provides a 'home away from home' experience for those wishing to explore the Gulf Coast of southern Florida. The pool is heated for those who like swimming in really warm water during the sometimes cooler winter months, and faces onto an inland waterway which is close to the nature reserve attracting a whole host of wildlife to the doorstep, as well as giving beautiful sunset views from the lanai. The master suite opens directly onto the lanai and pool deck. The 2nd double bedroom and twin bedded 3rd bedroom share a 2nd bathroom opening directly onto the lanai -- making two self contained wings to the villa. The large kitchen has an eating area, with a more formal dining area by the living room, and there is a large comfortable family room by the breakfast bar. The interior decoration is tastefully modern, the kitchen very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking.

A Perfect Golf Vacation: There are plenty of golf courses in the area, but Rotonda alone offers 6 courses and our Golf Scoop promotion is perfect for golf enthusiasts. The 'Golf Scoop' promotion in low season offers up to 2 adult guests and up to 2 children under the age of 14 (each must be accompanied by a playing adult), unlimited free golf on 4 of the Rotonda courses (81 holes). There is a $50 administration fee and if golf karts are used, this is a personal expense. In High Season, the Golf Scoop is a 'must' if you play two or more rounds of golf a week. In high season 2009, the cost in additional to the fee is just $50 per person, per week. In the 2009 Festive Season and the High Season 2010, the rate will remain $50 per person, per week. Still cheaper than paying for 3 rounds of golf a week!

Baseball is back in town!!: Why not enjoy watching the Charlotte Stone Crabs. The minor leaguers are the Tampa Bay Rays new Class-A Florida State League affiliate. Enjoy watching one or more games between April 11 2009 and September 06, 2009. For special rates and availability, please call us for more details. If you are visiting Florida earlier, the American League Champion Tampa Bay Rays have their spring training camp at the newly renovated Charlotte Sports Park. The season opens on Wednesday February 25 against the Cincinnati Reds and runs until April 04, 2009.

Fishing with the Professionals: We can arrange fishing trips with Capt Jarrett Lombard who regularly competes in the Oh Boy O'Berto Redfish Cup Tournaments. He offers both backwater fishing and whole day trips fishing for Tarpon, Shark and Cobia. He can take up to 3 fishermen per boat and can arrange for up to 4 boats at any one time. Booking is advised well in advance of your vacation because he is in great demand, particularly in peak season.
