The *** Windrose house is located centrally, but still on a large, quiet property with old trees and a field directly on the Sieberbach stream. The forest is only 10m away. The recreational area with an adventure playground, minigolf, table tennis and water area, as well as a pool, can be reached in 5 minutes. The owner lives in the house. Apartment 1 (42 m²) for 2-4 people on the first floor - consists of a living room with sitting corner and 2 sleeping areas (folding bed, sleep sofa), bedroom, kitchen with dining corner, shower/toilet. Apartment 2 (80m²) for 2-6 people in the basement (hillside, thus ground level) has a roomy living room with a sitting and dining corner and an integrated kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with 2 beds, shower, toilet (separated) and a large south-facing patio. Apartment 3 (35 m²) for 2 people on the second floor, has a living room with a sitting and dining corner and an integrated kitchen and also a double bedroom and shower/toilet.

Ski: Cleared hiking paths and ski runs during the winder. Sled and ski rental. You can go sledding and hike to the place where they feed wild animals. In a 10-20 minute drive you will arrive at the Oberharzer ski runs and the Oberharzer integrated ski-run network.

Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und genau so wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles was man braucht ist da.
Hausherren sind sehr nett und hilfreich.
Sehr Empfehlenswert für Familie mit Kinder.

Nette Vermieter und ein familienfreundliches Umfeld. Großer Kinderspielplatz, Minigolf und Freibad bereiten gerade den Kleinen viel Freude. Die Wohnung ist großzügig eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. - Empfehlenswert -
