  • ** $500.00 - $800.00/week **
  • Renters for more than three week stay during Mid-Year season will pay for Electricity, Water, and Gas utility bills.

    A deposit of 50% rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks and PayPal are accepted forms of payment.

    A damage deposit of $200 will be returned within 5 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the unit before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items including linens, keys, garage door openers, etc. You will be charged for excessive cleaning, dirty dishes, moved furniture, and garbage not disposed of in the proper receptacles. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. Pets may be considered with additional cleaning fee and security deposit.
  • Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of one nights rent. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of two nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised. Specific Cancellation policy may differ for Peak and Holiday rental periods.

Visiting family or friends at Luke AFB?: We are only 20 miles away from Luke AFB, and very close to the 101 freeway which makes a convenient route for visits with family and friends staying at the base.

Absolutely NO Smoking indoors! : Smoking is permitted on the back patio or front porch.

University of Phoenix Stadium!: A direct 10 mile freeway drive to University of Phoenix Stadium. This house is not only near the Stadium, but also 4 miles away from the Arrowhead/Bell Rd. mall and restaurants, etc! This rental is conveniently located between Surprise, AZ (15 minutes west) and North Scottsdale where many of the hot restaurants and bars are located (15 minutes east).

Everything was very nice...Just what we wanted and it was as the add said...Only thing the TV didn't have all the stations we wouild like to have..nice quiet neighborhood and easy people to work with

We rented this home for 6 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. On a quite dead end street off 51st Ave and the 101, It is clean and well stocked. Near the malls on Bell St. for shopping and the golf courses in Glendale. Straight down rte 17 to the zoo, botanical gardens and downtown Phoenix where we saw a Suns game. The weather was chilly so we never used the very nice community pool and hot tub, but they were only 2 blocks walk from the house. Gas station w convenience store within a short walk. We hope to visit again sometime in the next year.
