An extension includes three bedrooms, two baths, a kitchen, a living-dining area with French doors opening onto a flagstone patio with breathtaking views. All is handicapped accessible. This would be a great space for extra family or elderly parents.
Outside there is lots of space for flying kites, playing croquet or bocci, climbing on the rocks, and hanging out on the beach. The wonderfully private and peaceful point is an ideal setting for watching sea otters, lazing in the hammock, or having a big family cookout. There's lots of space for tents; and there's a cute little rustic camp that sleeps two.
Enjoy canoeing from the beach up the Narraguagus River, to catch some striped bass.
