Three nicely decorated and cozy bedrooms await our business travelers and vacationers at the end of the day. There's a master bedroom with a brand new king-size bed; and there's two smaller bedrooms with twin beds that can be converted to two kings. There's 2.5 bathrooms, an upstairs laundry room, and a large two-car garage. All linens, dishes, and household supplies are provided. All you'll need to bring is your suitcase and toothbrush! Outside the fun and relaxation continues with a beautiful Laguna pool, secluded spa with grotto waterfall. The Spa and patio is equipped with a commercial grade misting system which will keep you cool in the desert heat, perfect for cooling off sun worshipers. This is truly a vacationer’s haven! A convenience store, carwash, and bus stop are within easy walking distance. A grocery store (Albertsons), restaurants, and Blockbuster Video Rentals are all within two miles.

The home is only a 20-minute drive from the Nellis Air Force Base; and it's about ten minutes from the Las Vegas Strip. Lake Meade recreational area, with all its boating and water activities, is just over Sunrise Mountain -- and is an easy drive from the home.

Fun Time !

We stayed at vacation homes about 4 times.
This home was the nices one we stayed at so far.
The house appliances were all top of the line
and the kitchen even had a refrigerator with a chilling section for wine.
The back yard has cement walls so we had complete privacy in the pool and spa area.
Good time for all

Great Home!

Myself and 7 friends, yes SEVEN GUYS mind you, shared this home (which is a ten minute drive from the strip) for 16 nights. We used a the pullout couch, an extra cot, and an inflatable mattress but we still fit comfortably. Perfect location for those looking to escape the noise and lights of the strip on a nightly basis and have somewhere to relax.

When we got there, it was perfectly clean, and ready to go, with a few small problems. For one, the garage door opener battery had died so I requested a new one. I was anticipating a fairly large hassle, but the owner came through the very next day with a brand new one and solved the problem immediately.

The pool system had been mistreated by the previous guests so it had to be repaired, and while it took a few days to do this, the owner promised one nights compensation to make up for lack of spa use.

Once working properly however, the spa and pool were the best part of the house. Also, the outdoor barbecue made the best steaks we had all trip.

I would definitely return!

This was a last minute trip plan for us and unfortunately we were not able to stay in Las Vegas longer!! So our stay in this home was only 3 days.
The descptions about this home were quite accurate and the photos are exactly what it looks like! The distance to the strip was very acceptable. Some of the road construction seems to be finished now and we had no traffic difficulties at all. The home is indeed in a very quiet neighbourhood. I think one morning there was the faint sound of a dog barking in the distance ... so sleeping was perfect! The beds were great, the bathrooms great. The house was perfectly air conditioned and since it was very hot when we were there, it was a great comfort. The house also was very clean when we came and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Plus there was lots of towels and other accessories available. The kitchen was very modern and there was lots of dishes which is always good...We utilized the pool table which was a good indoor activity when it was so hot and of course good late night TV! We like a garage since we travelled by car and we could store our car top carrier there while we drove around Las Vegas and obviously parked in a lot of self park parkades! The BBQ area looked fanastic but we just did not have time to have one - darn!
We also appreciate the fact the owner was helpful with any assistance we required.

Needs a through cleaning

You can't imagine my disappointment with this rental and the owners. The house was extremely dirty and the furnishings almost to the state of shabby. The vertical blind on the slidding glass door had maybe 6 blinds which would not cover up the door to keep the morning sun out so we could watch TV, The pool and hot tub had no chemicals and were very dirty also. Even though I contacted the owner by email requesting him to contact me, they did not. I finally called on Saturday since the dishwater wasn't working. There is no way the house will sleep 10, unless they are small children. We had a party of 9 and one of our party had to sleep on the dirty floor. A good cleaning would go a long way into bringing this property up to par. There were so many problems that I do not have enough room to list them all. Getting to the Las Vegas strip takes much longer than 12 minutes because of heavy traffic and construction on the roads. Having a phone downstaris and a can opener would also make staying there much nicer.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: The home was cleaned and the furnishings are new with-in the last three years. The vertical blind and glass door is in proper working condition. The pool and spa was just serviced the day before the arrival and the pool man said everything looked to be in order when we dispatched him to check on the chemical and re-clean for this guest.

Unfortunately we were notified by e-mail rather than by cell phone as requested in our “Rental Policy”. The e-mail notification did delay our response time but once we made contact with the guest they did not want us to respond to any issues. We were told that they were no big deal and don’t worry about coming over and addressing any thing they had friends coming over to visit. A dishwasher repair service came out and fixed the dishwasher with-in 24 hours.

We were not told that any one was sleeping on the floor when we made contact with this guest. There was a additional fold-away bed in the garage that appears was not utilized by our guests.

We were not aware that the home was missing a can opener until now or that the both phones were upstairs. (The home is equipped with two phones).


Unfortunately, this guest had issues that are not typical. We are extremely grateful for the feedback so we could address these issues.

We stayed here when we went to Vegas for our wedding. It was perfect for us. It was clean and spacious, the pool and spa were wonderful after a long day on the strip. The owners were very easy to get a hold of if we had questions and were kind enough to give us a late check-out. I would definitly rent this property again.
