Dedicated birdwatchers and novices alike will enjoy driving, walking, and biking through the refuge. Museum and historic sites abound in Dorchester. And there's a self-guided walking tour of Cambridge's historic district. A map of bicycle trails will guide both casual and experienced riders over Dorchester's more than 500 miles of flat, scenic, country roads. And with easy access to public boat ramps, visitors can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailing, and fishing. Fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the nearby pier across the Choptank River.
