Very Nice Place to Stay
Review Submitted: August 6, 2009
Date of Stay: June 2009
We had the priviledge of staying in this home in June of 2009. It was our first trip to San Francisco. We were eagerly anticipating staying in a home instead of a hotel. This home was very comfortable and charming. It was beautifully decorated. The property was very clean and well maintained. I loved the kitchen. Doug, the owner, made sure that we had something to eat if we didn't feel like eating out. If for some reason, you didn't find what you wanted, there was a very nice grocery store just a few minutes away. Local transportation was available just around the corner. We liked the fact that we could leave our car in the garage and use the bus if we needed to. The washer and dryer was real handy, too! We would like to thank Doug very much for all of his help. We rented this property on such short notice. Doug helped us before we even left home with maps and suggestions on what to see and do and where to eat. By the time we arrived at the home, we felt like Doug was family. He was waiting for us when we arrived with a friendly welcome, big smile, and a warm handshake. We knew from the very start that this was going to be a great place to stay. He showed us around the house and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for three nights, we wished we could have stayed longer. I would not hesitate a minute to recommend this property to any friends or family visiting the San Francisco area. With Doug's help, our first-time trip to San Fransciso went off without a hitch!
Thanks again Doug
