This modern four-bedroom/two-bath pool home is located in beautiful 'The Palms at Lake Davenport' just minutes from Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Champions Gate and Reunion Golf Course and more. Situated close to Disney World, you can return to the villa to freshen up and relax before heading back for the evenings entertainment. Other activities in the area include golfing, sailing, wind-surfing, para sailing, and tennis. This home offers four bedrooms, all with TVs. The extremely large Master bedroom suite includes an exquisite bathroom, which has a glass enclosed shower and a Roman style marble bath, ideal for relaxing. Each bedroom sleeps two with a king-size, queen-size, or two twin beds. In addition there is one sleeper sofa.

If with family or friends, this house can accommodate up to 10 people. Separate 'living' and 'family' rooms allow Adults to relax and read a book or stretch out to watch a movie on the Huge 54in TV. DVDs, a PlayStation a Billiards Table and selection of games are available for your use. The kids can be out at the private screen-enclosed heated swimming pool - which is always available! The large fully fitted kitchen is large enough and completely equipped to prepare a four-course meal to be enjoyed in the formal dining room. For our infant visitors we have provided an umbrella trolley and cot for your convenience. Save money while enjoying a fabulous vacation or comfortable business trip which is also conveniently located close to all attractions. Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 10:30 a.m. A $125 per week deposit is required in order to hold a booking. There is also a $250 refundable security deposit payable with the final balance

The home was clean and big, kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Disney World and lots of shops. Great place to stay.
