The full kitchen has everything and new appliances, which include a brand new electric stove, refrigerator, toaster oven and microwave. Plenty of everything to cook with! All the pots, pans, silverware, cookware, glasses, dishes, and more are stocked in the cupboards. Salt, pepper, non-dairy creamers, sugar packets, tea bags, hot chocolate packets, and coffee is provided for your convenience.

Full Payment is due 40 days before you arrive
Please keep a copy and return the signed copy in self addressed stamped envelope
1.) If you cancel after making your reservation on a day that would occur 41 days or more before you arrive, there is a taxable $50.00 service fee deducted from your deposit. Plus a $15.00 taxable charge for making the credit card transaction that our credit card carrier charges us.
2.) If you cancel within 40 days of your arrival, you will be charged the same amount as the Deposit that held your reservation, which either was $100.00 or 1/3 of a Holiday Deposit.
3.) If you cancel within 39 days to 30 days before your arrival date, there is $200 withheld from the total amount paid out for your reservation. All charges are taxable and remaining balance will be refunded to you by a Cabins-4-Rent check.
4.) If you cancel within 29 days to 19 days before your arrival date, we will refund ½ of the amount paid out for your res.
