The villa is situated on a southern facing property. It has a tropical garden which borders a freshwater canal via a dock. This is also where the power boat may be located in the lift. The villa has 250 m2 of space and a large heated pool. The Gulf of Mexico is just a 15 minute boat ride away.Boat rental is not included, but there is a large variety of power boats to rent thru us. Our cooperative has got more than 10 boats to its disposal. Please ask for further information and pricing!
