Beautiful, convenient, and comfortable.

My first trip to the Bay area in more than a decade could not have gone better. The location was great. Conveniently located within walking distance of many points of interest, as well as very close to both train and bus stations, we had no problem getting around the city without a car. The apartment was well decorated, included a full kitchen, and had very comfortable beds.

We were slightly annoyed when we were asked to allow a showing during the middle of our stay. Other than that, the owners were friendly and professional.

Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Bay area for any considerable amount of time. Sure beats a hotel.

Family trip to San Francisco

It was my first time using both this website and renting a home instead of a hotel room for this vacation. The process was smooth and extremely easy. We found the house to be as described in the listing and the owner was nice and helpful. The house was clean and conveniently located close to the train stop. It definitely came in handy to have a car though for parts of the trip where taking public transportation would have been more expensive. The only thing that did get a bit tricky was sharing one bathroom with 6 adults staying at the house. Overall though it was a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Awesome place

When we first booked the place, I was a little concerned that it might be a big small for 5 people, but, in fact the pictures don't do it justice. This is a very large space and there was more than enough room for everyone! Everything was immaculately clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable. The only downside is that this unit is on the second floor and, somehow, after a night of partying in the Castro, it seemed like it was on the 10th floor! It's close to shopping, transit (look into a weekly Muni pass, it's a great value!), restaurants and bars.(We took full advantage of the latter). I'd highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for accommodation in the Castro.
