The beautiful villa is very quietly located, just 5 minutes / 800mtr. from the sandy bay of Cala Lombards and approximately 2 km from the beautiful bays of Cala S'Almunia and Cala d'es Moro. The house has a shady area and an open fireplace as well as 3 terraces. One has a splendid view of the nature and the mountains from the upper terrace.

Santanyi, a quiet village with 4 restaurants and shopping also a large supermarket, is approximately 5 km away. Every Wednesday and Saturday there is 'market' day in Satanyi. Cala Santanyi, natural harbour with very nice restaurants, is 9 km away.
