This private home, in a gated community, is peaceful and quiet, yet it is only 10 minutes from Disney World. With 2600 square feet including 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, there is plenty of room. Not only is there a living room and a breakfast nook, but an extra large family room and dining area overlooking the pool and nature reserve. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave and many other small appliances. Cable TV is installed with a TV &DVD player in the family room and TV's & DVD players in all bedrooms. A full laundry room with an iron and ironing board are also available in this luxurious home. Guest Comments: What can I say about the villa??? Fabulous! We felt at home as soon as we opened the door, it was everything I expected and lots more. We had an absolutely fantastic time and the added bonus was we wanted to stay an extra 3 days. So thanks for allowing us those extra days. The home care company you employ, I have nothing but praise for them. When we had problems with the pool they were there immediately, and were very helpful. Hopefully your villa will be free, when we go back to Florida, because I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I took a few of your leaflets from the villa and have distributed them to friends and family, so hopefully you may take some bookings from them.

I manage a vacation property in the northern part of the United States and this truly is a vacation paradise.
Close to all the theme parks and a quick one hour drive to the beaches.
We hated to leave.

Great Place to Stay and Enjoy Disney!

This property is truly a paradise retreat. My wife and I stayed for 2 weeks in February and everything was wonderful. Being so close to Disney is an added bonus!! We enjoyed this vacation so much we booked it again for next February!! You can't go wrong dealing with Abbey. She's the best!!

Why would you stay anywhere else?

If you want a beautiful home with everything you could possibly need, less than 10 minutes to WDW, then stay with the Peterson's. If you are into sub par, stay someplace else.

The home is beautiful and well maintained. The house has everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect. It is close, but secluded and the community is gated and safe from unwanted attention.

I only vacation in Orlando, and I can guarantee, this is the only place I will ever stay.

canadian vacationers first trip to orlando

We were 7 in our group,the house we rented was great we had lots of room . The house was very clean ,the pool was great and we even played ping pong.The house was very close to disney world.We ate at the red lobster,shoneys,golden corral and at olive garden and every place was great.We even cooked breakfast at home.
The only problem was we didn`t stay long enough. I hope we can do it again some time,if so we`ll try to get this home again.There are supermarkets and drugs stores close by if you need anything.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

6 Stay at Petersons Paradice Retreat

The House was even more amazing than the discription,

The house was unpack and enjoy ready,

Every thing we needed was easy to find from kitchen utencils, to Info on where to go Parks, Airport, Restraunts,
there were Menus for delivery which we used the first night.
Then we Made all our Meals in home even after full days at the Parks.

We packed lunches, and ate a quick breakfast before we left.

We took Wednsday off to charge our batterys so to speak, lounge in the pool.listen to music, watch a little tv.

We took House Info. home with us to show family and friends. And when we can afford to do this again we will check to see if this house is available again.

We had a great time at the Parks, The weather was Great.

So book your perfect vacation today and get away to the
Petersons Paradice Retreat.
