This is a great vacation rental, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean! The condo unit is on the second floor, close to the stairs, though there is also an elevator. Bright and beachy decor welcomes you to sit back and relax! It has a great view of the ocean and is fully equipped with everything you will need for a terrific vacation! Centrally located in South Jacksonville Beach, this vacation home is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, parks and the Seawalk Pavillion, which is host to concerts, festivals and moonlight movies under the stars! Head north on a day trip via the ferry to quaint Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. Head south to St. Augustine, the Nations Oldest City, for a tour of Castillo de San Marco or shopping in the charming streets of St. George, or bargain shop the outlet malls. Nearby Jacksonville is host to the Jacksonville Jaguars and the Florida-Georgia Game (also known as the world's largest outdoor cocktail party).

Visit the Jacksonville Landing located on the Historic St. Johns River, the Museum of Science and History or the Cummer Arts Gallery. Both Adventure Landing (Jacksonville Beach) and Jacksonville Zoological Park (Jacksonville) are big hits with the kids! If golf is your thing, Ponte Vedra Beach, just minutes from the Sandpiper, is the Tournament Players Club at Sawgrass. You can also take I-95S towards St. Augustine and stop at the World Golf Village, home to the Golf Hall of Fame. Casino boats and Greyhound racing are also nearby. The Mayo Clinic is a short drive from the Sandpiper.

Amazing view of the ocean. The place was nicely renovated with bright, warm, happy colors. Very Clean. You could tell the owners definately cared more about this unit than just bing a rental property. We plan on renting it again next fall. Perfect location from everything fun in Jacksonville.

I have stayed at this condo twice this year - just got back from my second visit. I always rent a condo or house when I vacation, and must say that this is one of the cleanest, coziest and comfortable places I've stayed thus far. Plenty of linens, all the kitchen necessities, and so cheerfully decorated. The unit has a nice balcony that faces the ocean - perfect for warm summer nights. This unit is perfect for 2 couples - and the price is more than fair for the location (so close to the beach) and the cleanliness. The only downside is that you will not want to go back home! Mauri, we hope to be back soon!

What a wonderful place to vacation! We sat for hours on the balcony, watching the ocean. It's close to everything, but not noisy. The condo has just enough room without feeling small, but not so much as to feel lost. It's nicely decorated and has everything a family needs for a relaxing beach visit! The owners will do everything they can to make you feel like part of the family! Give this place a visit! Dina and Dennis

Perfect Beach Condo!

I am very pleased with our stay in Jacksonville Beach. Everything went perfectly. I was quite impressed with the features of the condo, the proximity to the beach and the quality of the accommodations.

My family and I were struck by the cleanliness and attractiveness of the condo immediately. The colors are bright and cheerful and there is a welcoming open feeling to the space. The mirrored wall in the living room really brightens up the place and reflects the ocean right into the living environment.

Frank's brother Andy came to visit on Saturday and Sunday. Being confined to a wheelchair was not a problem for him in this condo. Elevator access to the second floor was very convenient, as were the wide hallway and doorways.

All of the appliances and facilities were in good working order. Andy made us a wonderful pork roast for Easter dinner. Having a dishwasher available was certainly a plus! The washer/dryer got a workout daily too. The detergents and other cleaning products we needed readily available.

The beach is a stone's throw from the building. I was able to watch the kids building sandcastles from the balcony.

Thanks Mauri, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. I will definitely call you first the next time we visit Jax.
