Die Angaben im Online Inserat sind im Großen und Ganzen korrekt. Das Haus war in einem wirklich gepflegten sauberen Zustand. Wir waren auch überwältigt vom großen Platzangebot. Durch die modere Lüftungsanlage im Haus hat man vom ersten Moment an das Gefühl, dass alles frisch und gelüftet riecht.

Leider viel unser "Willkommen" durch die Hausmeisterin mehr als kühl und unfreundlich aus, da wir uns nicht wie im Mietvertrag vereinbart 24 Stunden vorher telefonisch gemeldet hatten (sorry das muß ich überlesen haben!) Wir finden das dennnoch eine unangemessene schroffe Reaktion.
Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus nicht so geeignet: Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht abdunkeln. Haus liegt an einer vielberfahrenen Straße. Kinderspielplatz liegt ein wenig stiefmütterlich zur Parkplatzseite raus und ist auch nicht so tollem Zustand.

Ansonsten fanden wir, dass die Elektrogeräte im Haus (Mirkowelle, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger) mal besser gewartet werden sollten. Aber selbst ist der Mann bzw. Frau - haben wir alles selbst wieder in Gang gebracht.

Gut an diesem Haus ist, die Lage zur Hauptfußgängerzone und zum Meer. Der abschliessbare Fahrradschuppen, der große gutgepflegte Garten.
