  • Bathroom is large and comfortable with marble walls and very colorful sink enclosure. Large Shower- all marble with glass doors. Marble floors through out the property. The property is a condo-hotel gated property providing 24 hr security. The property is about 12 minutes from downtown. There is a bus stop directly across the street it costs about 75 cents and it will take you downtown; they run every 10 minutes. We have taxis available on site if you prefer.

Notes: Full kitchen all granite with a round semi-bar. A must see. Beautiful! Dinning area-very large. A separate Bar - not part of kitchen, but part of living room.Granite, lots of mirrors and a place to keep your wine organized. Living room Large. Fabulous Ocean front VIEW--from Kitchen, dinning room, Living room , and separate Bar area. MAID SERVICE- 3X per week. This oceanfront condo is the largest in the area. It offers a balcony twice the size of all other one bedrooms with a completely unobstructed view of the Mismaloya Bay and ocean that goes on for miles and miles on one side, and on the other side because it is a bay you can see the mountains and the jungle meeting the ocean Like in the South Seas. It is quite a site! You feel like you are in an island.We are about 4 minutes walk to the Mismaloya village where you can find several very good restaurants. We are also next to 5 star hotel(we share our beach with them) and you can go to dinner at one of their restaurants.
