This beautifully furnished, fully equipped apartment is perfect for one couple, two couples or a family. It's in the heart of Little Venice, a unique 'upscale' residential neighborhood in central London minutes by tube or bus from all the cultural and historical sights, entertainment, and other attractions you came to London for. The nearest tube (Warwick Avenue station) is only one block away and there are 8 bus lines within a five minute walk. Occupying the entire first floor (one level above the street) of a handsome 'listed' Victorian house, the apartment is modern, bright, and airy with a balcony, huge windows, generous closet space and interesting artwork and craft items throughout. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room sleep a maximum of 6 with the convenience of 2 en suite bathrooms and a hall powder room.

We are located in a very pretty and convenient residential neighborhood called Little Venice, in inner London, England, one block from the Regents Canal and from the Warwick Ave. tube station on the Bakerloo tube line. We are in a quiet block but near many local shops and with easy public transportation to the theatres, museums, sights, and shopping that make London a great city to visit.

One of the best features of this apartment is its location in Little Venice, which the London Walks brochure calls the prettiest and most romantic neighborhood in London. One block from your doorstep is the lovely Regents Canal with its flower decked longboats (including an art gallery and a puppet theatre) and 19th century tow path. Enjoy the convenience and charm of the local shops--a small supermarket, baker, deli, organic food store, wine shop, pharmacy, florist, hair dresser, and many boutiques, including a specialty shop for cat lovers.

Neighborhood pubs, cafes, and restaurants offer excellent Indian, Chinese, Italian, English, and American food. Walk to Lords Cricket Club, to Regents Park with its boating lake and gardens, and to Paddington Recreation Park with a gym, 12 tennis courts, and 2 playgrounds.
