Please email us for a virtual tour of this wonderful unit. Enjoy the magic of Palm Springs itself in this ideal mid century location in the heart of the historic hotel district. Built in the late 60's, this small complex of 10 units is only a short flat walk from downtown. There are currently no full time residents in any of these 10 units, so often you will find yourself with only a handful of neighbors, if any at all. The pool and spa are right outside of your door and are well maintained and beautiful every day and night. This unit has been entirely renovated a few short years ago with all the modern amenities that it was not originally built with in the 60's. These include slate tile flooring, granite counter tops, powerful HVAC system, three bright, beautifully renovated bathrooms, skylights, etc. This place is lovely with mid century modern furnishings. Enjoy the view of the San Jacinto Mountains that are only a block away from the upper deck, lower patio and master bedroom.

The best part about this complex is the location. You are close to everything that you need, and do not require a car (if you choose not to rent one). You are two blocks to Palm Canyon Drive, the hub of Palm Springs where you will find excellent restaurants (of which we have a comprehensive list of our opinion of the best of the best), shopping, the fabulous Palm Springs Follies as well as the famous Village Fest on Thursday nights. The only thing you will need to drive to is the golf course.

  • These two nicely renovated en suite bathrooms off the master and second bedrooms feature sky lit over sized tiled showers and vessel sinks. The vessel sinks sit atop a modern granite counter top. The overhead skylight brightens the room during the daytime - it's gorgeous! The powder room on the main floor is also renovated and beautiful.

The best part about this bedroom is the view of the mountain in the morning, the view of the pool and spa plus the deck with bistro set to enjoy your morning coffee and take it all in! Also has a full en suite with walk in shower. The second bedroom is nearly as large with a lovely Tuscan feel with a view over the tile roof lines to the back of the building - gorgeous! Bright and airy, this room has room for a dresser and plasma TV plus a large closet for all your clothes. Attached is a full en suite with tiled shower and dual shower heads.

2 blocks to downtown!: Location - Location - Location! You have it all here, and you cannot beat it. The area boasts the best of Palm Springs with the legendary Palm Springs Tennis Club located at the foot of the San Jacinto Mountains only one block away, plus downtown Palm Springs two blocks the other way. All around this complex are so many samples of the mid century architecture that is classic Palm Springs. Small inns and quaint B&B's are everywhere amongst other small condominium complexes and single family homes. You have all the quiet that you could want, then walk downtown to all the day and night time activities. Thursday nights you won't want to miss Village Fest where Palm Canyon is blocked off for the locals to sell their wares whether it be produce, jewelery or art - you'll find it all at Village Fest! The only place you can't walk to is the golf course - if you are a golfer, you will have to drive.

Also, we have weekly timeshares at the Palm Springs Tennis Club only one block away that we will also sell if you need daily/weekly rental at a fabulous place! Currently available: 1 bedroom unit November 1-8, November 8-15, 2009 and February 4-11 and February 11-18, 2010.

Pool and spa: ** Pool is not heated in the cooler months of December and January. The spa is heated year round.

I love this condo and the location. Spectacular views of the mountain, you can lay in bed and watch the changing colors of the sunrise on the mountain. Amazing! The location is perfect for the full Palm Springs village experience. You really can walk to everything – escape the auto and enjoy the village!! I stayed 2 months and wished I could have stayed longer. Very clean! Very comfortable beds, fully furnished condo with everything you need for luxury. I was so excited I sent pictures to all my friends because this condo really IS everything promised and more!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

My sister and I loved staying in this unit. It was so spacious - we each had our own large bedrooms and baths. The recent renovation is very tasteful and makes you feel like you are staying in a hip, modern hotel. The way the unit is situated next to the pool, with sliding doors, made it really easy to have friends over for dinner. No complaints - I'd stay here again in a minute.

I stayed in this two bedroom unit with a friend during November, and absolutely loved it! The complex was so quiet and serene - with only a few others there at the time it was like having the whole place to ourselves, including the pool and hot tub! The unit is nicely decorated with a quality renovation being done obviously not too long ago. The ensuite bathroom in each bedroom (along with the king sized beds and plasma TV's) are a huge bonus! The location can't be beat. Being only few short blocks from downtown was perfect for us! We will definitely stay here again.
