This professionally decorated, custom-built cottage is located on beautiful Lake Oconee on the 10th hole of the Creshaw/Coore Cuscowilla Golf Course. It has gorgeous lake and golf views, and is walking distance from the Waterside Restaurant and the resort pool. A four-seater golf cart sits in the attached garage for getting around the resort and the golf course. The cottage sits in a secluded community within Cuscowilla called The Grove - a development of 34 beautiful cottages built around a 5-acre grove of hybrid pines, and surrounded by the golf course and the Lake. The community has its own workout room, community center and docks, and is just across a foot/golf cart bridge from the main resort buildings. The golf course is one of the country's finest, as evidenced by the many awards it has received since it opened. The club also provides an extensive practice facility and truly excellent hospitality. About an hour from Atlanta or Augusta.

The Lake Oconee area is home to several world-class resorts like Reynolds Plantation, the Ritz Carlton and, of course, Cuscowilla. Some of the best golf in Georgia can be found in this region. A short distance away are the beautiful antebellum towns of Eatonton, Milledgeville, Greensboro and Madison with antique stores, restaurants and nice downtown areas for strolling. About an hour away to the north you'll find Athens, home of the University of Georgia, and traveling about an hour east will take you to Augusta, Georgia, home of the Masters Golf Tournament. The lake itself is a beautiful expanse of water with plenty of opportunities for fishing, tubing, skiing and swimming. Despite the drought the area has experienced lately, Lake Oconee has been managed throughout by Georgia Power to keep its waterline at a constant level.
