My husband and I have been renting homes on the beach for our vacation for years. This home, by far, surpassed any home we have stayed in. It was beautiful, clean, very comfortable and the owners were accommodating to our every need. We recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a luxurious stay on the beach. We are already planning a trip back.

Perfect Beach Experience

This home absolutely met every expectation we had. My husband and I along with our two adult children and their families wanted a true beach experience without the crowds and this was exactly what we got. The house is spacious and well equipped and very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, including a wonderful large gas grill. Having a bathroom for each bedroom is a real plus and the beds were very comfortable. This home is only 8 miles from St. Augustine and around 20 from Jacksonville Beach so the location is perfect, too. The beach front is uncrowded and at times we felt as though we had our own private beach. We plan to stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend it to any one looking for a large house on the beach. Also, the owners are very accommodating and friendly. We also received our refund of our security deposit in a very timely manner.

Beautiful Wedding/Honeymoon Vacation Home

My husband and I were married at the Lightner Museum Courtyard in St. Augustine, Fl. We held our small reception at this home and it was absolutely perfect! Our family and friends loved the big windows and boardwalk down to the ocean. We also stayed the week for our honeymoon. We even had our family come over again to grill and go to the beach towards the end of the week. It was private and relaxing, picture perfect.

More than I expected.

My family rented their Vilano Beach house several years ago. While we enjoyed our vacation very much at the time, we did not expect their new house (Casa Vedra) to be so much more than we had hoped for. It is truly a luxury property in every way. I especially enjoyed the large walk-in shower with all kinds of water jets. The details are too many to mention, but the beds and linens were like sleeping on air. Our family was thrilled when we mentioned that it would be nice if the bedroom had a TV. The next day they had a flat screen TV installed in our bedroom. Talk about service. Pictures do not do the house justice. We will recommend Casa Vedra to our friends and we will return again.
