Situated on a bluff with spectacular views of Great Peconic Bay, this home offers a sixty-foot deep water dock with it’s own private beach. This spacious colonial is comfortably furnished with many antiques, and sits on two acres of wooded property. It offers a full eat in gourmet kitchen, dinning room, library, living room, five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Large windows throughout provide unobstructed water views. Breathtaking “over the water” sunsets can be seen from the large wrap around deck. Home has two zone AC, three cable TVs, DVD/VCR and high speed internet. Three minute drive to Nassau Point’s private beach with playground. Area offers, 25 wineries, excellent restaurants, public tennis courts and golf, abundant fishing.
