The house with its 5 well maintained and comfortable apartments was build in 1997 in an outstanding location at the village border of the beach town of Marina di Ascea (approx. 300 meter to the ocean and the 7 km long sandy beach). The architecture of the house combines aesthetically proportion (with its size) and an environmental friendly energy economizing. For example the central heating is solely conducted by the burning of olive pits (which come from the owner’s large olive groves) and takes care of the necessary heating for the bath/ shower water. Also noteworthy is the fact that the apartments “Magnolia” are excellently insulated against noise and nowhere (not even on the balconies) will you experience any noise disturbances by the neighbours. You are guaranteed an undisturbed vacation in a private area. The house has a large patio that leads to the garden, which is beautifully planted with magnolia, various palm trees and glorious blooming flowers.
